Squier Jaguar was released by Fender aiming to give beginners an opportunity to start learning with quality guitars. At the same time this was a successful attempt to compete with cheap Asian guitars that flooded the U.S. market some time ago. And although Squier Jaguar is also being made in Asia, it is being manufactured under strict quality control. Nevertheless in order to make this guitar affordable for many guitarists Squier uses less expensive lower quality materials for this series. But the majority of Suqier Jaguar guitar users say that it doesn’t affect the sound quality too much.
